IE temp internet files going to Mozilla cache

I have IE and Netscape/Mozilla installed.

When I use IE, my temp internet files go to a cache directory under a Mozilla directory.

Why is this happening?

Also, IE is running incredibly slow (60s to load my home page via roadrunner). It's not the processor - it used to be lightning fast. I will be doing the ad-aware spy removal thing tonight, but that can't possibly explain a 60s load time.

I've tried all the obvious things (changing home pages, pinging, etc).

Isn't that normal for Netscape? Seems like when I used to use it, it did that. When I removed it from my PC, I remember the Temp. Internet Files werwe still going there and I had to delete the Mozilla junk to stop it. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."
