IE Submit Form Error

Hi There,

I have a contact form on a particular website, it seems to work perfectly on all the machines that i have tired recently, all different browsers, but on one machine i seem to having the issue.

Its a windows XP system running IE6, when i click on the submit form button, it duplicates the button as an overlay and then locks the form so i cannot enter any information.

Any ideas? .. Rob
