IE SP2 Installation Help Needed

How should I update the many users of my network to IE 5.01 SP2. I don't want to make them all run the update from the Microsoft Update web site. Isn't there a SP2 update file an administrator can download to a network directory so the users can update off the network?

Truthfully, why use an older version that contains bugs and enhancements that were fixed in IE6.
