IE SP1 and windows XP - viewing source 1

Hello Everyone,

Sorry to bother everyone again... but I am having a problem where I cannot view the source of a webpage. When ever I click on view source in internet explorer nothing happnes. No program loads up... it doesn't even give me an hour glass or anything. Just nothing. I have tried restoring all setting in internet explorer and that had no effect. If any one has any ideas on how I could fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

NoViewSource=1 if it is found in
H_C_U\Software\Policies\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Restrictions will disable the ability to view the source code.
