IE Slow behind Firewall!!

With this one I am stumped..
Setup:
T1 line coming in with a Firewall configured.
All machine's are working fine with excellent speed behind the firewall, except 2 machine's.

These 2 machine's work fine if you use Netscape 4.7, but IE is very slow, worse than dial-up. Accessing the rest of the network are working great.

Already done:
Reinstalled TCP/IP stack.
Removed and reinstalled IE (5.5 SP1/SP2 & 6)
Made sure that Network settings are correct.
Upgraded OS from 95 to 98.

I know that by reinstalling the OS will clear the problem but the problem will not be identified.

Does anyone have some idea as to what the problem may be?
Any idea or help will be appreciated.

Have you disabled "Automatic detection of proxy settings", and assigned IP's or proxy script? Cheers,

Yes the auto Proxy settings are disabled and I do not use a script.

The proxy settings is done manually.
