IE Profile Issue

One of our users logs into a hot desk type PC and is unable to access the internet via IE 7. Just comes up with a blank white interface. Anybody else who logs on can get access fine, the user in question is able to access the net via another PC.
Any ideas?

Hi Zamy, can you advise what you have to do to trouble shoot this one, for example cleared internet cookies, temp internet files, checked proxy firewall settings, tested by installing Firefox or another browser. Get someone else to log onto the PC in question do they get the same?. Reset IE or re-install, install IE8 or IE9 etc etc.....
