I am using win xp pro with sp2 and live update on (so all the patches are up to date). In my account everything is fine, but when I create a new local user account, a strange thing happens: the new user cannot use pages that contain forms. For example, I type in the address bar. The google search page opens ok. Then I type something in the search box and press enter or click on the search button. AND NOTHING HAPPENS. And I mean nothing. No reaction at all. The search doesn't start but no error message issued. It simply stays as it is. I also tried other search pages but I get exactly the same result.
