Anyone else seen this problem.
Users are complaining that the print dialog box takes 2 to 3 minutes to open. Our config is Win2K, IE5.5 SP1 and SP2, Novell Client 4.81 sp3 with NDPS. Problem started a week ago. Tried stopping spooler and restarting - no effect.
Any help appreciated.

Few questions:

* Are these printers on a cue on a server?
* How are they connected to the network?
* Are the drivers correct?
* How long ago did this start to happen?
* Has it always been like that, or until what happened ? (was a program installed etc)

Advise me of these details and we can continue,

Luke

To tekquest;
The printers are attached through NDPS and/or local to the workstations. Users started noticing this problem about a week ago. First thought it was LAN issues because we upgraded some of our Cisco switches and routers, but the problem seems to be across our WAN now.
NDPS has our printers using the correct PCL 5 drivers for our HP laser printers.
