Everytime i launch internet explorer an AD pops up. It;s not the website, since even if i make it a blank site, the ad still comes up. i believe it is something in the coding of the launch command for IE. this ad has written itself into my IE, so whenever i launch internet explorer, it comes up. is thier anyway i can remove this ad from the IE program. the solution has eluded me. thanks in advance.

Run SpyBot 1.2 (Update the definition files from inside the program first)
Run AdAware (same caution, update the definition files)
Stop after each program and test to see if the problem is resolved.
