IE opens the webpage http://69.20.62.53/yyy1.html automatically 1

Can some one help me find out why IE(I've version 5.5 & I run Windows ME OS)opens this web page automatically ? I 've a pop-up blocker that efficiently bocks many pop-ups but fails to block this one.This also seems to be installing some shortcuts to ONLINE CASINO sites etc.This started happening few days ago.

The IP-look up showed me that it belongs to one RACKSPACE in California. Looked up on Google & other tech forums but could not find anything.

I would like to know if this is any problem or some thing I can ignore.
