IE New Links never Maximized

Heya everybody,

klicking with IE on a new link on the net usually opens a new window wich is never maximized,...,

does anybody know of a tip or reghack how to make IE maximize its newly openend windows?

Open IE and open a link.
Close the first or primary IE Window.

Drag the top, right, bottom and left windows borders to maximize the display. Click File, Close. (Do not use the "x" to close at top right, use the File menu).

Now restart IE and test. The linked window should open to the size you specified earlier.
