IE Memory Error

I have a user who needs access to a secure TSP website. Whenever he gets to the secure portion of this website and enters his credentials or clicks anything for that matter he gets the following popup:

"Application popup: SysFader: iexplore.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x0375fc89" referenced memory at "0x00000044". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program"

Click OK

Then this one:

"Application popup: SysFader: iexplore.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x03750d80" referenced memory at "0x03750d80". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program"


Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
