IE Locks After Start

I know this sounds similar to other threads and may be same issue, but just in case anyone has seen this and fixed it, I'll give you folks a shot.

I have a user that has this problem and you can repeat this sequence and IE will lock every time:

Open Lotus Notes.
Open SAP GUI.
Open Excel.
Open IE and go to any link....IE locks.

The PC is a new IBM Netvista running Win2KPro and IE6. You can open IE before running the other software and it will work. My users leave the first three apps running all the time and only pop into IE as needed so this scenario can happen many times during the day. It doesn't matter what the homepage is, the homepage will load and work. Only one user is having the problem. I have 6 of these machines on the network that are identical, no one else is having problems. A+, N+, MCP

This is really a fix for IE4 but it may be worth a shot to see if it makes a difference. Set the Hardware Acceleration to none under the Display Properting Settings under the Advanced button under Troubleshooting. joegz
