IE Lockdown Question

Hi all:

Is there a lockdown utility for Internet Explorer? I have been asked to keep certain computers at my company from accessing the internet. Instead of having to go through the usual pains of dealing with the network group I was wondering if there is a lockdown util for IE like netscape has. TIA!!!

After over 3 years of nothing, I have added an IE Restrictions page to my site. Don't laugh, it was created as a project for school. Here's the link:

There's many more I haven't put up yet and one specifically on locking IE to certain pages. Can't access that info as my main computer had a hard drive crash yesterday. I've been able to save info in DOS, am waiting for a replacement drive.

I'll try to dig it up somewhere.
