I defragged my machine at work. (Win95)
Since then, I was able to very slowly pull up some web sites. Now Im unable to pull up any. I get an IE invalid page fault in MSCAN32.dll @ 0137:01a5088c.
I have a "tech" call in. But it might be a week (or more) before they come out and do anything.
Another small wierd thing it does now is when it boots up, it says Starting Windows 95. The screen clears to blank (not a black screen, but a screen with nothing on it). It wont go any further unless I hit a key (or spacebar) then it finishes the boot process.

Im learnin as I go along....

Might be caused by problems with the McAfee VirusScan DAT files.
a) disable VirusScan and see if the problem goes away, if it does then...
b) try updating these to the latest version
c) if possible try updating/upgrading the program.
