IE in command line 1

Hello,

am trying to open a site in command prompt using:
START iexplore.exe "

http://www.mysite.com/ssshljkhlp:/*sa"

everything works fine when I copy paste in CLI but when I use this command in a batch file it opens

http://www.mysite.com/ssshljkhlpAFasa

(without the %3 and %2) and as such I get the error "URL not found"

Can anyone help?

% is a significant character in batch files. Use %% for each %.

Personally I'd avoid using ":" in the URL in the first place.
Of course not a lot you can do about it if it's not your site.
