IE - HTTPS

When I enter the a web site name IE takes me to the correct page. If I click on a button, on the page, which attempts to go to an https:// page (eg.

http://www.fleet.com

then "Log In"), I get "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED". This only occurs on one machine, running W2K. Is there a setting in the Options areas that is not turned on correctly ?

. Enable under IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, both SSL options.

. Then run IEFix:
