IE has encountered problem and closes

I have a user that accesses a website that generates reports of sales for a particular retailer. Recently the user gets an error saying Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close, at which point IE shuts down. The website is ASP based and I have confirmed that all necessary security requirements are met. No spyware or virus activity is resident on the system either.
Anyone had a problem like this before?

IE crashing? now there's a first. ;-)

What OS? What version of IE? Any details from the crash? what DLL's etc?

IE 6 sp1 on XP SP1a full updates applied. MSHTML.DLL is the file in question.
