IE Group Policy Settings only work for Domain Admins

Please help.

I've created a gpo that customizes some ie settings in my single domain. The gpo allies to all users. If I log in to a client computer as a member of domain admins, I get no problems, my settings apply. But if I log in as an ordinary user, the gpo settings are applied once, but if I close Internet Explorer, and re-open it, the gpo settings are no longer applied. Anyone any idea please.
