IE gets hijacked by filost 1

IE keeps trying to load

http://540.filost.com/randomsites/banner.aspx

I've updated and run the virus scan.

I've installed and run Microsoft AWntispyware, cwshredder, spybot, AdAware, Spysubtract, kill2me and LSPfix.

I've repeated the process several times including in safemode. While the initial trojans seem to be removed, I just can't get it back to work properly.

They system tray has also been troublesome - some of the icons don't display anymore - such as the virus scan icon.

What should I do next?

http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/autoruns.shtml)

This should kick this out of your computer for good.

You can also try Spy Sweeper from Webroot.com, found it to be a really good antispyware package.
