IE Doesn't Display Home Page

Hello,

I have a user who gets a 'Page can not be Displayed' message when she first opens IE6 in WinXP. She can then type in any address including her homepage address and it works fine. She can also click on the 'Home' icon and get sent to her address.

Any ideas?

If you change her homepage address, what happens? What is her homepage address?

If I change the homepage it's still has a 'Page can not be Displayed' message. The page is set to

http://www.google.com.

How do you set the homepage?

It's set by default in Group Policy, and then I manual set it up in Tools > Internet Options > Home Pages
