IE Does not load default page 2

have this issue whereby i have google as my default webpage, but everytime i close the machine or reatrt IE then the default page becomes a unknown page 'a junk page', i must have download something to always change this to become my default page. and when i do a search on google. and click the link, then totally differnt page appears for a completly different search engine..i have ran a AV on my machine and nothing picked up !!

Malicious software maybe sneaked in? Try cleaning it with the help of Spybot,
