IE call always opens NETSCAPE

A friend has old NETSCAPE 4.7 on her computer. When you do any call for Internet Exploer, NETSCAPE 4.7 opens instead. This seems pretty odd, does anyone have a clue on this one?

If God had never existed,man would have found it necessary to create him.

Start - settings - control panel -

double click "internet options"

click the "programs" tab

At the bottom TICK "internet explorer should check to see if it is the default browser"
