don't really know where to ask, but since tek-tips is always a nice community to me...

I am looking for a solution to work with IE or other browser. In particular, I need the program to be able to perform in IE or other browser a series of actions, such as, filling forms on certain web page at certains time and act according to the responding webpage. Everything is of course pre-specified. And all the possible responses of webpages were known beforehand.

It's kind like softbot, but no learning is involved (if I understand softbot correctly)

Roboform seems to be doing a similar job, but it still needs a human to fire "submission" and it couldn't act on links (if I understand correctly)

Please advise or point me to the right community.

Thanks in adv,

Do a google search on "automatically fill forms" and you will see links to several shareware programs that do what you want.
