IE and security log on

Trying to log on to my bank...te following page pops up:
The page cannot be displayed...and so on.
It worked fine before.
System here is: OS Windows ME, Internet Explorer ver. 5.5
Cable connection. After trying everything I can think of, security level changes in EI...disabelled Zone Alarm, deleted and reainstalled EI, I now wonder. BDW, I can log on to my bank using Netscape. I am asking for some advice.

Locate &quot;About IE...&quot; from IE Help Screen. If cipher strenght < 128 bits, you are not able to enter secure sites.
Sorry, I am experiencing the same problem but haven't found a fix yet! A shareware program 98lite-IE-remove is found on ZDnet.
