IE alignment problem with suckerfish horizontal dropdown menu 1

In Firefox and Opera, the dropdown section of the horizontal menu displays directly under the top level, but in IE6 the dropdown is offset by about 4-5 ems.

The CSS was taken from the bare-bones son-of-suckerfish page and modified as little as possible. Although the suckerfish page displays correctly in IE, my knockoff page doesn't.

You have text-align: center specified on your ul, which throws off IE into thinking it needs to adjust everything (even block level elements) to the center. If you move the text-align property from the #nav, #nav ul to #nav a you get a fully working solution in the way you want it.
