Hello...

Hoping someone can help. My client is reporting a webpage that is only showing partial content. For instance, I access the same URL from my pc and I will see a table of contents of about 20 line items, and he only sees one item. Client was using IE6, updated to IE7, operating system WinXP. I have deleted temp internet files, offline content, cookies...problem still persists.

I appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,

Are there any pop up blockers that are preventing some of the web page from being displayed? If so disable these and see if still same problem. Is he getting any error messages especially any line errors or script errors?

The details being downloaded are any of these images, as if on a corporate network they may have filtering in place blocking the images from being displayed from other webpages. We have this where I work I cannot get into shopping sites and if I had a link for a supermarket the image wouldn't appear. Try resetting IE back to the defaults, as well using tools, internet options, Advanced Tab and reset to defaults. Check no spyware on the machine. Check windows updates are all up to date and make sure all IE updates are applied at the very least. Get the client to try using another web browser like Firefox do they get the same probelm as this would help to troubleshoot ?? A

Also What is the website URL you are trying to go to ??

Thanks PCmad. I was actually able to sort the issue out by going into Internet Options, Advanced and hit Reset on Internet Explorer Settings; deletes all temp files, disables browser add-ons, and resets all the changed settings.

I appreciate your response!!
