IE 7 CSS problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my pages when it get displayed on IE7 . Looks like my PHP page doesn't recognize my stylesheet. but after a few F5 refreshes it picks up the Css file . i have to do this everytime i open up the page ...Please help .

That sounds a bit strange, have you run your html through a good validator?

Even i am a bit surprised because it was working well untill the new IE 7 got installed.nothing has been changed except the browser.
i am running out of ideas here . Now how do ivalidate my html sorry man to sound dumb.....hw do i get one
