My IE scroll bar does not move down one page when the pointer is at the bottom of the scroll. It moves almost two pages and this is quite annoying since you miss information on the web page or have to use the pointer to move one line at a time. Seems like there should be a registry entry to control this, but I have not seen anything that is obvious.

Is this controlled in HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer somewhere? or is it s system setting somewhere else.

IE5.5 does not do this. It beggars belief that such a flaw should have passed Microsoft's testing. They do test, don't they?

This is one of a miriad of reasons why I use Opera which is SUPERB!!!!!

Relative scroll bar positioning - Aaaah! So that's why it was behaving oddly. Now that I know, I might grow to like it.

BCastner - I have checked both the versionof the MSHTML.DLL and have loaded version that is the suggested "good" dll file for this problem by both MS and Broadband. As in Broadband board, I have the latest IE update that DL'd the good dll. ANy other suggestions? Bruce

The first several posts in the Broadband Reports discussion go things backwards: 6.0.2800.1276 10/16/03 1:34 PM 2,734 MB is the BAD one.
