IE 6 / Protected Storage message-how to get rid of?

Hi all, I have a user NT 4.0/IE 6 who needs to utilize an in-house web based program for salesleads. She needs to update data by entering into required fields. When she goes to enter data she receives a windows protected storage message and cannot get rid of this.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance!
