IE 6 not refreshing xml file in Flash

Hello,

I have a Flash app that loads some images based on an .xml file. It works great across browsers EXCEPT IE 6 where I can only get my thumbnails to display periodically. (Just now it loaded for the first time and then didn't load when I went back to the page. You can see it happening here if you have IE6:

Any help would be appreciated.

I went into my IE 6 options and checked 'Check for new version of page every time I visit' and it fixed my problem. However I can't expect my users to have this option checked. What can I do to force a hard refresh each time this page loads? (Hitting Control-F5 doesn't solve it either)

Can you stick something like

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5">

in your html? This will refresh every 5 seconds.
