IE 6 not allowing pop ups 1

I am using IE 6 on several computers.

There is one that will not allow pop-ups on a site that is useless without this feature. (The pop-ups are images of documents.)

I have followed all the instructions in the Help file. (I got all the other computers to accept pop ups on the site in question.)

I do not want to upgrade to IE 7.

Can anyone help?

Have you checked for 3rd party popup blockers (google toolbar included)?

It was the Yahoo! toolbar.
