IE 6 Freeze When Closed

I am runnin Win2k, and whever i tru to close (via "x button", or right-click -> close) IE freezes up, and has to be "end tasked"ed. please emial me (dlinkwit27@yahoo.com) with some help on try to fix this. Thxn a lot!
