Help, as soon as I boot up and launch IE, the cpu usage stays at 100% and will not go down. I have the terminate the process to get my pc to respond. A little bit of history, this pc got infected with spyware, so I ran MS anti spyware, Adaware, virus scans. It now shows up that its clean (ya right). So whats causing this problem?

Try some of your scans from Safe Mode (how is IE when opened from Safe Mode?). Make sure you are not re-infecting yourself via System Restore.

Run this utility on IE, and let it do the System File check too.
