I get an error msg: object doesn't support this porperty or method 'ssConfig.MousePointer'. This only happens when I attempt to view Historical Reporting and the x is where the treemenu should be. Any suggestions?

Is this on a client or running the browser from the actual server itself?

Something is wrong with Crystal Reports. These messages are typical Crystal reports error messages. It seems something is corrupted.

Have you tried reinstalling SWC Application and selecting Repair?
