IE 6.1 Specific site opens, then closes almost immediately

Hi All, there is a vendor website that our company uses day to day. No one has any problem with this site except MY BOSS, naturally. When she logs onto it, it takes her to the start page and then promptly closes. It is the only site she has any trouble with, and it is very frustrating.

I have gone over every setting I know to. Added the site to the trusted sites, etc. No change. Anyone have any ideas?

Any pop-up blockers? Google, Yahoo toolbar or similar?

Diancehct, nope. You bring up the login page, logon and it goes into the site. It doesn't open a new window, just goes into the site, count to 1-2 and poof, the whole window closes.

Event viewer? Different browser?

Haven't tried either, I guess I could install Netscape and see what happens, and I haven't looked at event viewer, I will have a look at that too, thanks for the idea

Download and install "httpExplorer". It's a wrapper around IE, and will show you all requests / responses.

With this, you should be able to se if there is any malformed data for hisher login (possible), and hopefully other causes.
