IE 6.0 STARTUP

WHEN 6.O LOADS IN WIN 950, THERE ARE NO TASKBARS AT THE TOP OF THE MENUE SCREEN. I AM UNABLE TO CONTROL THE PROGRAM WITH KEYBOARD COMMANDS.
HOW CAN I GET THE IE TO LOAD PROPERLY

If I'm reading this correctly, you are running 6.0 on a Win95 machine(???)
IE6.0 is incompatible with 95, IE5.5 SP2 was the last compatible version with that OS.

To all::
My mistake. I had assumed that it was IE 6.0
Must be 5.something.
Still need a way to open the program.
Somebody closed all the task bars.
All I get is an open IE program screen with a color background.

Sounds like you might be stuck in kiosk mode.
Does IE close when you hit Alt+F4?

Check your shortcut. Right click it, go to Properties.
Does the target look anything like:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -k

If so, remove the -k. Now try the shortcut.
