IE 6.0 Outlook and Outlook Express

Hi
I've got two users with their own individual logins using the same pc with XP Home. One will only use Outlook the other Outlook Express. Is there a way of customising internet options and its defualt email programs specific for the individual user - currently when you change the internet options for one, when you log in as the other user the internet options have changed for them too.
