Hi,

I'm using freeparking to webforward a URL for me. All seems to work fine "except" on ie 6.0.

The site I'm forwarding to is made up of 3 frames, all of which come up with "The page cannot be displayed".

If I link directly to the page there are no problems.

Can someone please throw some light on this?

TIA

Chris

I am having the same problem when I try to use any of the Yahoo game links. The Web page address starts with a "rd.", if I simply remove the rd. from the link on th eaddress bar it connects otherwise I get the can display error.

If you find a fix please post it and I will do the same.

I found a fix to my aforementioned problem. The problem is that the pages I was tring to reach were being redirected.

To fix: Click Start, Search, Files and Folders, for " hosts*.* ", open the host files using Word Pad. Find the host file that contains the web address you are tring to reach (it will also contain unwanted advertising web pages such as Double Click), delete the unwanted web addresses (all in my case), close and save file changes, restart Internet Explorer, and BAM your back in business.
