IE 5 stops responding probably because of this forums cookie

Hi,

When I start up IE 5 with a batch file that STARTs IE 5 with the parm

HTTP://WWW.TEK-TIPS.COM

it sometimes just stops responding. It dies. Not always, but many times it dies. If I remove the cookie, there is no problem.

Does anyone have an idea about this?

what if you just create a normal shortcut to this site on your desktop instead of the .bat file and see what happens then?? Or even make
