After having IE5 stop working, I went back to 4 to try to start from there. I am still haveing the same problems. When I try to view a page, I get the error "The application called an interface that was marshalled for a different thread". So I have been trying to reinstall 5, but when ever I do, it says that it cannot connect to the internet to get the files(i downloaded the 400-500kb file using Netscape). I have also tried to install 4 again from a cd but it says my system clock is wrong (its not). I have heard that if I temporarily rename the wintrust.dll in my win 95 Systems folder it should let me install, but it will not let me rename it - "Access is denied. File may be in use".

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Trent

If you wish to rename any Windows system file , start the
computer in DOS-mode.
Maybe a complete uninstall of IE should be performed
prior to any new install.
