Hi,

On my system IE 5 sometimes falls back that it doesn't want to make a secure connection anymore. Installing again works but it would be nice to know an easier option.

Thanks in advance!

Try the Internet Explorer repair feature first. Go to Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you see Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 & Internet Tools, click the Add/Remove button and select repair.

Or go to Start>Run, type msinfo32, click the Tools menu and select Internet Explorer Repair Tool.

If it doesn't exist, I'd suggest you go to and download IE5.5 with Service Pack 1.
