We use an ISDN line to connect to the internet and have a problem with the connection. We have a network and allow users to use this connection.
The problem is that if the user doesn't select disconnect when prompted, the line stays connected.
If you look at the connection settings, the Enable Idle disconnect is grayed out, so you can't set the connection to disconnect if idle for 10 minutes. The PC in question is running Windows 98 SE.
Any ideas ??
