I am having problems installing IE 5.5 SP2 on a user's computer. I am stuck in a loop of error messages. Somehow the install was stopped and now it won't continue the install. If I try to reinstall IE 5.5 SP2, it gives this error: "Setup was unable to install all components, please close all applications and try running setup again." One earlier time when I was trying to fix this problem, it gave me the following error message: "The setup files might be damaged try restarting the setup program from where you originally ran it. setup error 799." I have tried various Microsoft Knowledgebase Articles with no luck (214643 and 310335 and 179636) I desparately need help! Thanks.
