IE 5.5 LOCKED OUT RE 'CONTENT' PASSWORD

One of my previous employees employed a password for the 'content' part of IE 5.5 such that if 'banned' sites were accessed then IE locked out and no sites could be accessed.

I do not know the password.

How can I remove this feature from the 6 affected PCs - all running Win 98.

I'd appreciate any advice.
