Help!!!

I have my own website which I'd like to set as my default home page (and have done so in tools/internet options). However, my browser keeps going to search.msn.co.uk when I start the browser up. The page displays details on how to upgrade to version 6 (which I don't want to do because it makes Freecell crash). But the strange thing is that when I press the home button, it does actually go to my site.

I have disabled 'search online for new versions' in the advanced properties, but to no avail.

What am I to do!!!???

PaulandKirsty,

Check for the existence of the following registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\First Home Page

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\First Home Page

Try deleting the values if present.

Hope that helps.
