I've got this case where IE 5.5 fails to load all of the graphics on any web page visited. Some graphics load, others show the box with a red X. A refresh of the page does the same... some graphics show, others don't - but it's never the same ones acting the same way.

Access to the web is fast - via a cable modem/ethernet. Once the page is showing, a right click on a non-showing graphic and selecting "Show Picture" shows the picture instantly.

Any and all advice is much appreciated!
Thanks!

This is a common problem with FAST connections (as you have) and slow websites. It just happens every now and then. Try the repair function of IE, or update to IE5.5 (seems to have cured the problem for me).

Thanks for the tip Comtech. However, I AM using IE 5.5, and I've run the repair function - the log of which shows everything OK. The problem of not loading all the graphics still occurs - and its a consistant problem, not an occasional one.

I've been using Opera 4.02 for a week now - no problems, all graphics load perfectly. But this MS IE thing still continues - must be typical of MS "bloatware".

Thanks
