You can download it from MS. When you run the installer, select the "Advanced" button, and you have the option of saving it to HD and installing it later.
Alternatively, ANY of the AOL6 CD's have it on there (Must be a few million of them floating around). You can safely install it, then run it, without having anything to do with AOL.
Your browser will say "Internet Explorer Brought to you by AOL", but you can change that easily.
In the registry, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
and look for "Window Title". Right click to modify, and get rid of the AOL stuff, just put in whatever you want. Cheers,
