IDVR record key

Does anyone have information regarding installation of a record key on a IDVR port ?

In the PBX, the key (on the agent/supervisor) is left unconfigured (null), and the Record is configured in the IDVR server and mapped to that key.

Not sure about programming the server itself..

will it work on a non SPV\Agent set ?

I'm going to test it in the switch room .

Yes it will work on non-acd sets also. Do you have it working OK? We have several set up here.
