Is there a way to invoke an IDU that would query every digital set in the switch all at once?

I am not aware of one. you could "reverse" by doing an LDIS Loop Shelf and get every disabled set in a loop that is disabled showing what would not IDU.

If you want to find out which tns are disabled and/or not connected to phones you can perform a loop all in ld 30. You can also perform a inventory print in load 117. Look in the NTP for correct commands or search this site for nortel set inventory.

You can try LD 117
INV GEN SETS
After you get the INV complete message
INV PRT SETS
will give you the following info.

Connected set
1140, 100 0 00 00, 1140 NTYS05AA 66 25 F8708C , DGTL , 2050

Set programmed but not connected.
1140, 100 0 00 08, <Unavailable>, DGTL , 2012

zstic78, that was exactly what I needed...to see what's programmed but has no phone connected on the other end. I normally do that with an IDU command, but that would take FOREVER to do on such a large system. Thanks again!

that's a great load for that.. i use an excel macro to find sets that do not match their as built.. we end up a few that have grown displays.. (programed as eights, 2616 or worse 39xx..
